After three full years of reporting for the Teen Kids News website, Bryce was offered the opportunity to audition for the weekly television show. TKN does not travel —its studios are based in New York. Therefore, in order to audition, he made the arrangement with a local production company to film the segments. The TKN production team liked the audition and he signed a contract for the 12th season of the show.
It should be noted that all editing and production of the segments was completed by North 40 Productions and Alan Weiss Productions.
